30 day satisfaction guarantee
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it for any reason.
To qualify, the tie should be unworn, with its tags still attached, and returned in its original box.
Free return shipping
Returns are on us. We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label, so sending it back costs you nothing.
Your refund
Once we receive your tie, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method, usually within about 5 business days.

Changed your mind about a presale order? You can cancel for a full refund any time before it ships.
Damaged or defective items
If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, let us know. We’ll replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.
